Currently working at Crossroads Church, one of the top 10 largest churches in America, as a Research Director, Brittany takes complex problems and uses quantitative and qualitative research to provide actionable insights and develop strategies for moving the church forward. In-depth analysis of the churches volunteers, missions, new attendees, exiting attendees as well as creating and launching a spiritual assessment have led Crossroads to further understand their ~30,000 attendees, helping them to be known and seen.
Prior to doing research in the faith space, Brittany worked at Nielsen where her clients included: Procter and Gamble, Mars, Nestle and Kroger. She helped manage their research needs, provide expert analysis, and actionable learnings.
Currently residing in Cincinnati, OH, Brittany is actively involved in leading UNDIVIDED, a racial reconciliation program, and is a regular contributor of articles on the cross-section of faith and life for Crossroads Church. In her spare time Brittany is an avid triathlete, who enjoys reading fiction and crafting. Brittany has a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.
